All our product and packaging are made with sustainability in mind. Our hair brush is made from wooden material, an alternative to plastic hair brush and is also made to last a life time. All Torora packaging are recyclable, reusable and compostable.

DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING

We offer free shipping to USA for orders over $40. 

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE

Orders are shipped within 1 day after placing your order. We use UPS Ground shipping and generally it takes 5-7 business days for the product to arrive.

CAN I RETURN THE PRODUCT IF I'M NOT SATISFIED

If you're not satisfied with the product, you can return it for free within 30 days of receiving the product.

HOW DOES THE 100 DAYS WARRANTY WORK

We want you to love Torora, but if for any reason there is an issue within 100 days of receiving the product, contact us and we will find a solution!

HOW DO I CARE FOR THE TORORA BRUSH

The Torora brush is made with high quality material to last for a lifetime, we are confident that you'll get a lot of use out of it. But please be cautious about keeping it away from high heat and fire.
